Chakra Stones Meditation
Before you begin. If you don't feel happy, balanced and well, don't meditate. Remember, like attracts like, stay in the spirit of love and light. Negative energies are attracted to fear, doubt, worry, anger and other types of negative emotions. Should you sense a negative energy at any time? Pour an abundance of love and light over yourself, the room, the situation, the building you're inside, and the environment around. It will flee very quickly as it cannot survive long in the atmosphere of love and light.
Ready to begin- lie down in a quiet room and place the corresponding stone on each chakra. It doesn't matter if you don't remember the basic meaning or the colors of each chakra. The chakras will vibrate at their own frequencies.
First Chakra – Base Groin Red - Excellent for overall health and well-being, stress release, grounding and re balancing.
Second Chakra –Sacral lower tummy :Orange healing emotions, boost energy, self awareness and positive energy.
Third Chakra – Solar Plexus Belly Yellow personal power, feelings, sensitivity, digestion, anger frustration, gut feelings and abundance, relaxation and concentration.
Fourth Chakra -Heart – Green or pink, Heart & lungs healing, compassion, love, psychic protection, harmony & balance.
Fifth Chakra- Throat Blue: harmonizes healing, awakens inner spiritual knowledge and connections to angelic realm
Sixth Chakra Third Eye: Purple: Spiritual Connection, clairvoyance, wisdom, bring things into perspective, calming & clarity.
Seventh Chakra Crown Clear Quartz A master healer it connects the psychical with the spiritual body. It cleans the aura and promotes enlightenment.
Breath in slowly for
the count of five, hold for five and breath out for five- do this
five times and this should help relax and center you.

Start at the root chakra (your groin)
3) Visualize your groin area
with the red stone is like a budding flower
4) Imagine that it is
starting to open and blossom before your very eyes. Inspect it very
closely. Does it have any blemishes?
5) If it has any blemishes,
or it doesn't look healthy. See white light shining through it and
the light repairs the flower petals, leaves, stalk etc. and when it
looks beautiful and healthy. Move up to the next chakra.
6) Repeat
the exercise with each chakra, changing the flower color as you work
up your body.
7) If you can't remember the flower color for any
chakra, use bright white light instead. The names of the chakras are
not important just the location. Wearing the stones during the
meditation will help you remember.
Then, see the light
spreading from your chakras, into your aura.. See the aura thicken
and grow stronger. You might see colors in your aura or just the
white. The energy that flows through the chakras is your life force.
Keep the chakras as open the energy flowing.
Keep your flowers
blossoming as now you've swept them and cleansed them. This should
keep you very healthy. There no wrong or right to this it just "IS".
See your aura and entire body, below and above encased in a force
field or sphere. Your energy protection filed is as strong as a
diamond. It allows love and light to flow freely into. Negative
energy will just bounce off it, like rain on a window.
Repeat
this meditation daily or more often if you're tired and had a
stressful day. It's great for readers and healers after they've
completed their work.
Using
or wearing chakra stones according to mystical folklore may help keep
your chakra balanced, promote relaxation and well being and increase
your psychic awareness. You may also wish to place a stone under your
pillow, or place the chakra color(s) anywhere you can see them
which may also promote healing.
