reflection of what is going on inside me.
If I respond with or feel anger, I am not
at one with all people places and things.
Every experience and every participant help me
recognize where I am on my journey.
Everything is exactly the way it
was meant to be, for if it were meant to be another way it would be
another way. All my actions and reactions are perfect.
They show me where I am, and how far I have to go to be at one with myself.
Remember
each time you act or react in a different way than you'd like to react,
listen to the message and read in between the lines. .
What's to be forgiven?
What's to be released?
What's to be appreciated?
What's to be learned?
No sense in getting upset if I buy into any ones drama, including my own.
I just have to recenter myself, that's all.
Remembering
not to take anything personal and to practice the art of loving
observation in all situations, with all people places and things is the
lesson to be learned. I can do this by, placing my hand on my heart and
taking five deep breaths to recenter myself.
I now understand, I don't need to go there, do you?
Reminding myself, this life is a journey and not a destination.
So I should enjoy the trip, right?
