I’m thinking about good vibrations!
Does anyone remember that song from the
60’s?
Well vibrations are neither good or bad, they’re just vibrations.
Each experience is unique and it has have it’s own vibe, so to speak.
It’s up to us, to act the way we usually do, and don’t react when things
don’t go our way.
Sometimes, our days just don’t start out in the way in which we planned.
The alarm doesn’t go off, or we sleep right through it.
There’s a traffic jam on the way to work.Whatever it is, we see it as an annoyance.
It has us running late and we’re upset or annoyed.
We have to make up that lost time.
There has been times when if I wasn’t late, I might have been in an
accident.
How about you?
Did you need those extra few minutes to sleep?
Perhaps, it was a way to keep you safe?
You didn’t lose time- you just spent it differently.
Is the universe trying to point something else out to you?
Read between the lines and see if there’s a sign or a hidden message for
you.
Consider, maybe the universe wanted to delay you
today on purpose.
After all, everything happens exactly the way it was meant to be.
For, if it were meant to be another way, wouldn’t it be another way?
Are you ready to reset your day?
Take a moment put your right hand on your heart.
Take your five slow deep breaths- breath in for five- hold for five breath
out for five.
This will raise your vibration and slow down your thoughts- it takes just a
few seconds to reset your day.
Once reset, you’ll feel calm, in charge and you’ll be at the center of your
own universe.
